Our jars were born from the love for people and for healthy and tasty food.

My wife had to move to St. Moritz for a work project for a few months. Since there was no kitchen in the apartment, she could not cook and also the restaurant offer in the low season was very limited and, moreover, too expensive for her. She asked me to prepare lunch meals for her for a whole working week. The food had to be healthy, stay fresh for a minimum of 5 days and be able to be reheated as quickly as possible in the office. That's how the idea of food in a jar was born. The first dish was salmon with vegetables and rice, since my wife, a fitness enthusiast, prefers fish with rice. Other dishes followed to expand the weekly menu. The only thing she needed to store the food in the office and make it ready for consumption was a refrigerator and a microwave. The food in the jar was ready to eat in 2.5 minutes and, once the lid was opened, as fresh as if it had just been cooked.

 

After returning, the jars from the menu could no longer be forgotten. Because we are enthusiastic about healthy and fresh food from the jar, we want to share this offer with you. I am particularly proud of preserving the freshness and essence of the dishes and saving energy during the cooking process. Since the jars are reusable, we help reduce waste and thus make an additional small contribution to environmental protection.
