THE RETURN OF THE GOODS IS ONLY POSSIBLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, BY ONE OF OUR COURIERS. 
THE RETURN IS ONLY POSSIBLE DIRECTLY TO THE COURIER AND ONLY BEFORE THE DELIVERED GLASS IS OPENED. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE GLASS HAS BEEN OPENED.

Please note the following points:

1. Return Period: Returns are only possible directly at the time of delivery while the product is being delivered by one of our couriers.

2. Conditions: If you accept the product, it can no longer be returned, and the product will not be refunded.

​

3. The glass must not be opened.
No returns will be accepted after the glass has been opened.
